Order times

We aim to deliver your purchase within 14 days of your order.
However, this could be upto 28 days for exceptional conditions.
If the order is going to take longer than 14 days, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping

UK deliveries cost £5.00 and payment is made during the checkout process.
Deliveries are made using the Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Returns

If, 14 days after you receive your goods, you are not impressed with them, return it unused and in the original packaging.

To return the products, e-mail returns@equestrian-tackshop.co.uk with the reason for the return, or call us on our hotline number 01327 358751 to have your RMA over the phone.

Once you receive the RMA number, package your product securly, and post it back to us with the RMA number CLEARLY on the front of the package and send it back to us.

Faults

If during the first 6 months of use your product ever lets you down by failing to operate through defects in manufacturing or materials used, please call our hotline number 01327 358751 and we'll issue you with your personal RMA reference number and advise the most suitable way to return goods.

Please allow us 14 days to receive the product back and get our supplier to replace it. If the product is not available for replacement Equestrian Tackshop may either substitute it with a model of equal or higher value or refund the purchase price including your original Equestrian Tackshop postage charge.

If you're in doubt as to what constitutes 'faulty' product please call us before returning the item and we can help you identify this quickly on the phone.

Our hotline number costs just national rates, it's not an expensive premium charge line! In order to limit your phone costs in the rare event you need to discuss a faulty product, we would be happy to call you back.
