I'm worried about sending my credit-card details over the Internet. Should I be?
We use a secure server with state-of-the-art encryption and secure HTTPS (HTTP over SSL) server technology.
Can I phone or fax my credit-card details instead of using the Web?
If you do not have a secure browser, or you still feel that you would prefer not to send your credit-card details even with the secure browser, you are welcome to order by fax or phone on 01327 358751. We will accept faxes 24 hours a day. If we are not available to take your order, over the phone straight away, then e-mail our sales department at customer.service@equestrian-tackshop.co.uk or leave a message with your name and a contact number and we will phone you back to take your order.
I've signed up for your new products and info-bulletins . How do I unsubscribe?
If you wish to unsubscribe to our new product and the members newsletters, simply log into your account, click on Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters, and then tick/untick the newsletters you wish to be subscribed/unsubscribed to.
What do you do with my personal information?
We strickly control the access to our customer's personal information. We use this information to contact the customer when/if necessary (e.g. for customer service issues, special offers ect). We may, at times pass our mailing lists onto carefully selected third party companies. Unless you have requested that you do not want to be on these lists.
In the instances when Equestrian Tackshop uses a third party to fulfill the transaction, the following information is provided to the supplier in order to facilitate the transaction and/or exchange of goods: email address, phone numbers, fax number and payment details (if required).

Yes, Cookies on this site are used to store cart/shopping basket information. They also enable the site to recognise if you've logged in before.
